- To use the sample localized OS, you must extract the contents of this archive
- and put the result in the correct directories on your boot partition. Namely:
-
- - locale.library goes in LIBS:
-
- - The contents of the Locale directory go in SYS:Locale
-
- - IPrefs and LoadWB go in C:
-
- - PrinterGfx and Locale goes in SYS:Prefs
-
- Once all these files are installed, you should reboot your system. After
- reboot, enter the Locale prefs editor and choose your language and your country.
- Note that the time zone display is currently NOT FUNCTIONAL, please ignore the
- values it shows. Once satisfied by your selection, save the preferences and
- reboot your system again.
-
- After the second reboot, your Workbench menus, as well as DOS requesters should
- appear in the language you selected. If you chose the French language, you can
- also enter the PrinterGfx prefs editor to see it appear in French.
